An ultra-luxurious four-bedroom barn conversion, it would once have been let as a self-catering cottage, but the owners, Mark and Anna Aston, have taken the concept further, offering a fully stocked wine fridge, Hungarian goose-down quilts, Bath House toiletries and a chef who will cook anything from a full English to a gourmet barbecue to a three-course dinner. Luxurious bedrooms

We’ve kept the character of our Cumbrian Threshing Barn – beams, stone, iron-work - but its comforts and accommodation are contemporary.

The Threshing Barn offers a vast, sociable living space, a spacious chef’s kitchen and four sumptuous bedrooms, each with its own sparkling bathroom, the dreamiest of beds, luxe Hungarian goose down duvets, designer fabrics and gorgeous Cumbrian toiletries…We’ve tried to make every element exceptional. It’s the little things that count and we have lots of those to surprise you.
